Welcome to MixVote ("we," "our," or "us"), a service provided by TMC Publishing Limited, C/O The Accountancy Partnership Twelve Quays House, Egerton Wharf, Wirral, United Kingdom, CH41 1LD. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Service

MixVote provides a platform for audio A/B testing. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You retain all ownership rights to the audio files you upload.
• You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to upload and share the content.
• We generate a unique link for your test, which you may share at your discretion.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your test links. You coincide that MixVote is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your sharing of links.

4. Audio Files and Storage

Files uploaded to MixVote are stored temporarily to facilitate the A/B testing service. We implement automatic deletion policies based on your plan limits (e.g., 5 days for free plans). We do not claim ownership of your files.

5. Limitation of Liability

MixVote is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We allow no warranties regarding the reliability or availability of the service. In no event shall MixVote be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
